Welcome to Old Dana Light Shows. We appreciate your interest in our display. Our goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable experience while respecting our property and our neighbors. By visiting, you agree to follow the rules below.
Access
- Old Dana Light Shows is a drive-by display on private property and is not open to the public.
- Guests may not enter the property at any time.
- Stay behind all posted signs, barriers, and viewing boundaries.
- View the show from inside your vehicle while stopped or parked only where it is safe and legally permitted.
- Anyone found on the property, in restricted areas, or beyond posted boundaries may be asked to leave immediately.
Conduct
- Do not enter private driveways, neighboring properties, or restricted areas.
- Do not cross any “No Entry,” “Do Not Cross,” or similar posted signs.
- Follow all posted signs and instructions from event staff or volunteers.
- Do not touch, move, climb on, or tamper with decorations, equipment, fencing, or electrical displays.
- Keep noise to a minimum and be considerate of our neighbors.
- Do not block driveways, mailboxes, roadways, or emergency access routes.
- Dispose of trash properly and help keep the area clean.
Traffic
- For the best and safest view, watch from the side of Old Dana Road closest to our house.
- We strongly recommend entering Old Dana Road from the Dana Road entrance whenever possible.
- This helps keep one lane open for traffic and preserves emergency access if needed.
- If you approach from Howard Gap Road, find a safe and legal place to turn around before reaching the display.
- Turning around in neighboring driveways, private roads, or on private property is strictly prohibited.
- Keep your headlights and hazard lights on while stopped or slowing to view the display.
- Drive slowly, stay alert for pedestrians, cyclists, and other vehicles, and never stop in a way that blocks traffic.
- Always obey traffic laws, posted signs, and directions from law enforcement or event staff, if present.
Security
- Old Dana Light Shows is monitored by 24/7 video surveillance.
- Anyone entering restricted areas or trespassing may be recorded and asked to leave immediately.
Liability
- By visiting or viewing Old Dana Light Shows, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.
- Old Dana Light Shows, its owners, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for personal injury, illness, death, loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property.
- Visitors are responsible for any damage caused by negligence, trespassing, or failure to follow these guidelines.
- Anyone who violates these rules or engages in unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior may be asked to leave and may be referred to law enforcement when appropriate.
